Yesterday we went to a ‘ABC Play School Concert’ – they are usually well organised events with nursery rhymes and stories, for some reason my kids are like ‘stunned mullets’, they stand with mouths open with an occasional response to a known song. W seems to always organise these things.
Lunch today was demolished in seconds, with another batch requested in the oven – especially good for the finicky eater. We made puff pastry savoury rectangles – I used a large square of reduced fat puff pastry cut into shapes and then got them to choose their own toppings (cheese, ham, tomatoes, caramelised onions, feta, pineapple, eggplant etc…)
