Ok so if I was a truly patriotic I would have made Anzac Biscuits', lamington's and pavlova. You also need the ability to drink copious amounts of imported beer and offend family and friends at the regulatory BBQ. We managed to do none of these but we did have a picnic dinner at Regatta Point and watched the fireworks with 10,000 other 'Australians'.
