I have to post this before I forget, W makes the most finger-licking picnic pie. We had it when we went to Jazz in the Botanical Gardens last. Basically you boil some potatoes. Cook up some onion and bacon in some oil - 10 Min's or so and then add potatoes. Fill sheet of pre-rolled shortcrust pastry with this mixture and top with cheese, cook at 200C till pastry is golden brown.
