We went for a trip to Depot beach with the Harmers, had a fantastic time, kids playing, over indulging as one does :P. Great to have a break away from the grind.... running at the beach seems easier, perhaps the inhalation of sea spray numbs the pain receptors.
Even survived the cafe dinner, perhaps saved by Jonte asleep in my arms for most of the meal, tricky when you order steak '.'
