It almost sounds like a chapter out of LOTR, but in my reality not so exciting. This Friday was J3s last day at Preschool, next week the end of Ballet, swimming and gym, J4s daycare for the session and last days at work before the Christmas break. This year has been like waiting for the camera snap after a long exposure, the anticipation, dread, excitement and hope for the final product.
I made Christmas pudding this year, the recipe made a cake and a pudding which you have to be happy about. The cake was(is)delicious and totally overly soaked in brandy.
The proof is in the pudding and I will post the recipe if at Christmas it passes the eating test.
