A took a couple of shots with the zoom lens at the park today. I think some colours were a bit washed out at the park - need a different ISO setting or change the exposure setting down I expect, the day was very bright.
Banana Bread (Bill Grangers Recipe)
2 cups of plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
125g unsalted butter, softened
1 cup caster sugar
4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 180C. Mix butter, sugar, banana, eggs, vanilla extract and chocolate chips, add to flour and baking powder. Pour into tin and cook for 1 hour and 15 mins.
